My Story

Birth changed me.
Now I'm here to change yours.

I've sat with families in the most vulnerable moments of their lives — when fear was loud, decisions felt impossible, and the room needed someone to slow everything down. I know what it feels like to walk into a medical environment and not understand what's happening to your own body.

That's why I became a doula. Not to make decisions for you — but to make sure you always understand your options, know your rights, and feel steady enough to choose what's right for your family. My deepest belief is that informed families birth with power, not fear.

I am a calm in your storm. A grounding presence who helps you communicate clearly with your medical team, advocate for respectful care, and stay connected to your vision no matter how the birth unfolds.
